What you need to know
The Swan and Dolphin Hotels operate their own shuttle buses. These buses are not allowed to use the main Disney World bus depots, they pick up and let off passengers in the third-party lots. While this isn’t a big deal, there will be some additional walking compared to using Disney-owned buses.
The Swan and Dolphin are convention hotels, so while you might be on vacation, other hotel guests might be in business attire.
If you have a vehicle, the Swan and Dolphin charges a hefty parking fee of $36 per night, compared to Disney World hotels which are free.
Disney Dining Plans cannot be added to Swan and Dolphin packages.
The Swan and Dolphin Resorts are conveniently situated 22 miles from Orlando International Airport and 20 miles from Sunrail, Amtrak, and Brightline. With a total of 2,270 rooms spread across 20 floors, the hotel features elevators for easy accessibility. Guests can check in at 4:00 p.m. and are required to check out by 11:00 a.m. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are available, ensuring comfort for all visitors. Additional fees include self-parking at $36 plus tax (per vehicle, per night, for up to five nights) or valet parking at $44 plus tax (per vehicle, per night). These fees will be added to the final statement upon checkout and must be paid directly to the hotel, subject to change without notice.
