Quick Guide to Tron Lightcycle Run Lockers

Disney World announced that TRON Lightcycle Run, will provide guests with a double-sided, digitized locker system to store bags and loose items while they race their Lightcycle.

Small items, such as cell phones and glasses, can go in a small compartment located in your ride vehicle.

Universal Orlando uses a similar system on its VelociCoaster ride and it works well! You use one side of the locker before boarding. Upon exiting the ride, you access your locker from the opposite side.

Inside the TRON coaster queue, these complimentary lockers will pair directly with your MagicBand, MagicBand+ or Key to the World Card so you can easily lock and reopen your locker with a quick tap.

It’s not likely this system will work with MagicMobile but a feature may be coming to the Disney World mobile app in the future.

For guests without a MagicBand or Key to the World Card, a locker card will be provided at no charge.

All items must be placed either in a locker before you board your Lightcycle, or in a small compartment located on the attraction vehicle that can hold items such as cellphones, glasses or wallets.
